     The generator sets is powered by Cummins engine ,equipped with Stanford/Marathon/Leroy Somer/Engga alternator, standby power: 631KVA, rated frequency: 50HZ/60HZ, rated voltage: 380V/220V. open/silent type are optional.

     1.TECHNICAL DATA AND PERFORMANCE PARAMETER

     Generator sets performance: 3 phase; 4wires;natural grounding;Power facter:0.8;Round speed:1500-1800RPM;

     Frequency jitter<0.25%when loading is 0 to100%. the max. wave distortion<1.5% for voltageon no load, the max. wave distortion<5%for phase balanced load.

     Feature:specially-welded base makes the generator sets wearable and easy to move.

     Frequency regulating rate: frequency synchronization when loading is 0-100%, electrical governor<1%, mechanical governor<4%.

     Electromagnetic factor: norms of referance: BS800,VDE class between DG and N.

     Voltage regulation: the voltage ragulation is around +/-0.1% for the following circumstance: PF 0.8-1.0, from no load to full load, transient stability for sudden load tranformation, rotate speed will fall down within 4.5%.

     Telephone factor: TIF<50;THI<2% for the Part 40 in Bs4999.

     3. ALTERNATOR PERFORMANCE PARAMETER

     Brushless self-excited; moulding dampproof winding; insulation class:H; AC exciter, rotary rectification unit; IP22; stator winding covered by epoxy resin adhesive; cooled by fan; moulding by high-temp.,poly adhesive for rotor and exciter to avoid rust; voltage self-regulating; max related temperature.:125 degree Celsius

     4. CONTROL PANEL

     Control module based on micro-processor; outstanding protection system; controlling the atart/shut of generator sets procedurally; real time display for generator sets running status and parameter; visualized warning and status icon; programmable standard input and output interface; customized extensional function.

     5. WARNING INDICATION

     Alternator under/over volts.; high water temperature; round speed signal lost; low oil pressure; business power over-range; starting failure; charge failure; low fuel level; emergency shut.

     The generator sets have features of simple structure,small size, less weight, lower oil consumption,running stability,as well as powerful power.

     Standard accessories as follow:  Standard control panel, damper, exhaust silencer, flexible pipe, battery and connecting wires, operation manual and document.
